Student Council Members 2002-2003
The Student body at AUT now has a new Student Council: The SCAUT of 2003-2004 (Student Council of the AUT University College-Halat). The voting process (secret ballot) proved a genuine exercise for AUT's youth who practiced election rights for the first time.

According to the rules and regulations set by the constitution governing the candidacy and elections to the Student Council, eleven young ladies and gentlemen (all members of the "Freedom List") succeeded in obtaining the highest number of votes out of a total of 518 voters out of which 13 votes where blank.

The Student Affairs congratulates the winners and wishes them a successful mandate in representing the Student Body of AUT. The Administration looks forward to a year of collaboration and interaction for the welfare of AUT Community.

The Student Affairs takes the opportunity to wish hard luck to the "Unified List" whose members campaigned with high spirits against their colleagues but obtained lower votes (a maximum of 178 votes for Mr. Ghassan Haddad)

The Student Affairs department would like to thank the efforts of faculty and staff observers who attended the votes sorting session.
