Two
Lebanese Forces supporters were arrested today by Lebanese
security forces for unknown charges following the commemoration
mass of the LF martyrs.
In fact, security forces arrested Selman Samaha, head
of the students department in the dismantled LF and
Fadi Shamati, who seemed to be one of the organizers
of the mass that was held on Sunday in northern Lebanon
in commemoration of the LF martyrs.
On the other hand, General Prosecutor Adnan Addoum refused
to allow Samir Geagea, head of the dismantled LF, to
follow up political and legal developments through the
media.
The mass held on Sunday for the commemoration of the
LF martyrs turned into a rally that denounced the Syrian
presence in Lebanon and the demanded the release of
Geagea.
